This Friday, PICAA creative associate Lelili’o Steve Tafea will emcee the Oceania Market hosted by the Melton City Council. A night of food and entertainment, live performances will take place at the Amphitheatre, and cultural workshops will be on the lawn across from the Melton Library with Food and market stalls nearby.

A passionate performer with deep roots in Pasefika creative arts, Steve has hosted many Pacific festivals such as the Pasifika Festival Victoria (Shepparton, 2021) and WFWP’s Melbourne Pasifika Festival (Online, 2020). With extensive experience in music and theatre performance, Steve brings his own style of hosting community on to the stage so it’ll be a great night to bring the family down to enjoy the festivities.
